How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most customers choose a clean every 4 weeks to keep windows looking good all year. 8-weekly cleans are also available, and one-off cleans too. The best gap depends on your property, so we're happy to advise.
Do you do one-off cleans?
Yes, though they are priced at a premium. One-off cleans take longer and need more water and a deeper clean of the glass, frames and sills.
Do you clean internal windows?
Yes, by appointment. That covers internal windows, bi-fold and patio doors, floor-to-ceiling glass, glass lanterns, conservatories and orangeries, and glass balustrades. Prices are based on size, access and time.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No, not for external cleaning. Many customers leave side gates unlocked so we can reach the back, and we leave everything secure when we're done.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes. Rain doesn't affect the result with our purified water-fed pole system. Strong winds can make working at height unsafe, and if that happens your visit is rearranged.
Why are the windows left wet?
We use pure, filtered water that dries naturally. With no minerals or impurities in it, it dries streak-free and leaves the glass crystal clear.
What if I need to miss a clean?
Plans change, so just tell us at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may be charged the full price of the clean.
How do I pay?
